The tourist bus is an excellent way of getting round Barcelona, of seeing the city and of reaching the Barcelona’s major tourist attractions. From experience, we suggest you wear a hat if you are bald or balding and sitting on the top (open) deck.

Barcelona has an excellent, fast and cheap underground service, operating from 5.00 am to midnight, 5.00 am to 2.00 am on Fridays, Saturdays and the days before holidays.

QDQ has a street map of Barcelona, unfortunately one that is not very user-friendly (go to "Itinerarios y mapas" and fill in a street name under "mapas"). Interesting, however, as you can call up photos of the façade of any Barcelona address (choose "Callejero fotográfico").
